These data are used only to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose technical problems; they are not used to identify you.
Data you provide when requesting access. The “request access” button leads to an external registration form (Google Forms). The form collects the data needed to send you the access credentials, the Game Master Guide and the materials for your session, such as your name, email address, organisation and information about the planned session.
Data you send us by email. If you write to climatic.game@gmail.com, we process your email address and any other data included in your message in order to reply.

Providing data through the form is optional, but without it we cannot give you access to the game.
4. Cookies
This website does not use profiling or analytics cookies and does not set cookies of its own.
To display fonts and styles, pages load resources from third-party services (Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS content delivery network). When these resources are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the respective providers, which process it under their own privacy policies.
5. External services and links
Google Forms. The registration form is provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) and is opened on Google's website. When you open the form, Google also collects technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) and, if you are signed in to a Google account, may associate your use of the form with that account. Google processes these data according to the Google Privacy Policy.
Instagram. The website contains links to our Instagram profile. No data are sent to Instagram by simply browsing this website; if you follow the link, the Instagram Privacy Policy (Meta Platforms) applies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data are processed by staff of the controller and of the partners of the CLIMATIC project who are authorised to manage access requests, and by the technical service providers listed above acting as data processors. Data are not sold or disseminated.

Browsing data are kept for the time strictly necessary for technical and security purposes. Data provided through the registration form and by email are kept for as long as necessary to manage your request and provide access to the game, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last contact, unless longer retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or erased, to restrict or object to their processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@istituto-oikos.org.
